The intention of this workshop is to connect and inspire other men to hear from and learn of different stories of men who are growing and showing up in the world to help us all be a REYL Man. We aim to show up in life to learn, grow, serve and recommit to our families, communicate and ourselves.

What can you expect to get from this workshop?

REYL stories from men who didn't have it all figured out. Men who struggled, maybe didn't have the advantage, or often even anyone to believe in them and worked to accomplish their work alone but in doing so realized the power of a collective brotherhood and the true exponential growth that can be experienced when we learn from each other.

• a notebook or something to take notes with (physical or digital)
• an open mind about whatever you have experienced in the past and work on being present to learn and be open to how that shows up
• a willing heart to connect with like minded men on a journey to grow as well in life
• a positive and optimistic outlook for whatever you are going through right now that another man has been there before and someone can guide you to the true power you hold inside to be the solution

How long is the event?

A: About 3 and a half hours with time after to connect with the speakers and panelists
